*1. High school academic transcript
Academic transcript in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
*2. Confirmation Signature of the Applicant
This signature will only be used during application. The signature is to show the applicant promise that all the information in your application form and all your application materials are true. You agree to upload your signature to confirm. The signature must be from the applicant himself or herself. The applicant can sign on a white paper, and then provide a clear picture or scanned copy.
*3. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
*4. Passport photo
Two recent passport-sized photos of the applicant
*5. High school graduate certificate
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
6. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct
Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.
